Writing my book wasn’t just a project—it was ministry to my own soul. There were moments I thought I was creating something for others, only to realize God was speaking directly to me through every word, every memory, every page.

Sometimes we receive a message that may bless others, but its first assignment is to heal, confront, and transform us. That’s what this journey has been for me. My book’s preface encourages truth and self-love—and now I see that I’m not just writing those words, I’m living them.
Every time I show up on my blog and choose honesty, I’m choosing freedom. Every time I refuse to hide or shrink, I’m choosing healing. Loving myself isn’t just a concept anymore—it’s a daily practice, a bold decision, a form of obedience.
This is what ministry looks like for me right now: telling the truth, breaking silence, and embracing who I am without shame. And in doing that, I’m not only becoming whole—I’m giving others permission to do the same.
