After my rape I did become stuck on trying to please others ultimately because I wanted to be loved and accepted after going through something soooo traumatic, but therapy and my amazing Co-Author taught me how to truly love me

literally I was never someone who truly knew how to love myself even well before my rape, if you read my book then you know that even as a child self love was hard for me and I definitely felt unworthy of love due to all my childhood struggles.
