Being a lukewarm believer is basically like being in a relationship or marriage with someone who’s inconsistent, think about this: your significant other/spouse one day loves you to death and will do anything for you, then the next day they acting funny, not necessarily mean, but unsure about ya’ll relationship/marriage, inconsistent, flaky, distant etc hmmm 🤔 you’d be confused, maybe you’d even think they didn’t want to be with you for real, well that’s basically what a lukewarm believer is to God, one minute on fire for God and willing to do whatever he wants, but next day unsure, cold, distant, flaky and inconsistent, in the natural most people don’t necessarily want a perfect significant other or spouse, just one who is true to the relationship/marriage and keeps their word. Same with God, he doesn’t require perfection, he just wants us to be true to our relationship with him and his word (The Bible) that’s it. God isn’t offended if we don’t choose him or his way, he’s more offended if we are lukewarm, literally no one wants a lukewarm person in their life, either be in or out, support or don’t! Simple 💯
