Me as an Author Relates to Inspector Gadget
- Posted on January 18, 2026
At first glance, Inspector Gadget looks clumsy, scattered, even a little ridiculous. But somehow, every time, the mission gets completed.
That’s me as an author.
I don’t walk into writing with a perfect plan. I walk in with curiosity, instinct, and a mind full of hidden tools. A memory becomes a metaphor. A wound becomes a storyline. A random thought becomes a chapter. Go-go imagination.
People may see the surface — the fun, the chaos, the unpredictability. They don’t always see the precision underneath. But like Gadget, I always find a way to uncover the truth.
My writing isn’t polished perfection. It’s a system of gadgets — emotions, experiences, questions, and courage — all working together to solve the case of what it means to be human.
And in the end, the story always gets told. 🕵🏾♀️✍🏾
