Church conferences and groups of older women guiding younger women: here’s my thoughts I feel it’s a power imbalance because 2 different walks of life, a 55-60 year grandmother and wife can’t give a 25 or 35 year old single woman advice, life at 25-35 looks much different than life at 55-60, even when older women give advice based on their younger lives still everyone life is different at 25-35 so there’s no one size fits all
