God told me to write my book 📕 at 16

  • Posted on November 10, 2025

Yes He did, this is true! Now at 16 let’s be honest I was just a kid, I was still growing up, I was still learning about life and at 16 I wasn’t even the best in school, literally at 16 I wasn’t even a honor roll student (didn’t make honor roll til next year at 17) I didn’t have a perfect life, a perfect family or live in a perfect home and at 16 I didn’t even have a job! The question most would ask is why would God tell a broke not even fully educated imperfect teen to write a book? Like how could a 16 year old do that? With no funds and little education? Well let’s understand a few things God doesn’t view things the way that we do, and ultimately God isn’t impressed by age, money, looks, home etc No! He is impressed simply by obedience! Yeah He could have told someone older, more educated and with more money to write this book, someone who had a perfect life and even a perfect story! But guess what that person may not have been obedient, God ultimately knows who will do His will, who will obey, who will follow him unrelentingly. You don’t have to be perfect or know everything just be obedient and willing to listen, God will give wisdom! He gave me the words to say in this book! Don’t look at your situation, just trust God and obey! Trust and obedience produce the harvest! Matthew 7:21Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.

1 SAMUEL 16:7

But the Lord said unto Samuel, “Look not on his countenance or on the height of his stature, because I have refused him; for the Lord seeth not as man seeth. For man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.”
