In chapter 11 of my book I talk about how if a Boy/man just touches a girl or woman on the butt without her permission it still counts as sexual assault/harassment! I remember when I was 19 and in college this guy who was romantically interested in me touched me on my butt as he hugged me, literally! Now a few things I expressed 0 romantic interest in him at all and even if I did still he had no right to touch me without my permission! I didn’t say or do anything as he touched me unfortunately I brushed it off as normal, but I should’ve reported it, I had another incident of the same kind at this same school regarding another guy who also touched me on the butt, he squeezed me there a little too! Smh! Again I overlooked and stayed silent, not realizing how serious it was! Touching anyone’s body sexually without their permission is still sexual assault/sexual harassment! It’s not okay at all! You always ask before touching anyone female or male! It doesn’t matter if there’s romantic interest or not!
