Why the church should pray for the celebrities instead of judging and assuming: people especially in the church have so many misconceptions about the celebrities, and often are quick to judge them, but slow to pray for them, often church people won’t pray for the celebrities at all and assume they don’t want God, listen I remember in 2018 I woke up early and couldn’t fall back to sleep at all, Alicia Silverstone was heavy on my heart, literally her name and face wouldn’t go away at all, for those who don’t know her she played Cher in the 90’s movie clueless! But anyway because she was so heavy on my heart, I decided to get on my phone and look her up, I did and found out she at the time was going through a divorce after being married for a quite long time! Wow! So after reading that I prayed for her! Celebrities are still human and go through things just like anyone else and while going through those things they need God as well, God cares about them too! The church must have more compassion and understanding towards celebrities irregardless of their lifestyle! God’s goodness is ultimately what leads to salvation! If you’re a believer and a celebrity ever comes to your heart randomly please pray for them, don’t judge or assume or brush them off! Your prayers may not only heal and offer hope, but very well may lead to them to repentance! God wants everyone saved famous or non famous, obviously yes not everyone will get saved and follow God, but some will! And even if a celebrity or any person doesn’t choose salvation, God is still good and faithful to the just and unjust!
