God truly cares

  • Posted on November 4, 2025

God really does care about us and all that we go through in life. Big or small, He cares. Now at some churches I have attended throughout my life, I’ve heard many phrases of “just get over it,” “Don’t think, talk or dwell on it” You won’t heal if you think or talk about the offense or thinking or talking about it means you’re not over it or you’re walking in offense/unforgiveness, If you do so. Reality is God desires us to be honest with him, and He meets us where we are at. He doesn’t expect us to just get over it, Jesus lived on this earth as a human with human thoughts and emotions which in scripture it says we don’t have a high priest who can’t sympathize with our weakness Hebrew 4:15. This basically means Jesus isn’t unable to relate to us and the things we go through. He feels our pain and doesn’t expect us to just “get over it” again He himself lived in an exact human body with human thoughts and emotions just like us. Wow He doesn’t think it’s silly how we feel. If you are someone who is sad simply because it’s raining and you can’t go outside He cares. If you’re sad about a break up He cares, If you’re sad simply because your crush didn’t speak to you at school He cares. If you’re sad because your hair is coming out He cares. Not only does He care, He understands and He feels exactly what you feel. When I was going through my trauma response after my rape, He felt all that I was going through inside, all the phychological damage, all the anxiety and loss I felt so did He. If something makes you angry understand it makes Jesus angry too because you belong to him. Amen! Never forget He cares and He understands period, we don’t have to hide anything from Him!
