We all know car accidents can be traumatic and scary and even cause death, however many people make it out alive, some have injuries, but are able to get good care and overcome the injuries, meaning they’re not long term or fatal, however the car may be totaled completely, so then you’re left without a vehicle which can suck, but there’s often opportunity for a new/replaced vehicle or for it to get repaired! Applies in many ways, for me, my rape was like getting into a bad car accident, but I made it out alive, I had minor injuries, but was able to get treated through God’s care, a car accident can cause PTSD, anxiety, flashbacks etc which so can rape, I definitely struggled mentally afterwards, but God and therapy kept me sane, therapy can help with complex causes of mental health problems! Amen! Praise God for bringing me through that accident! My car (body) stayed sturdy against the car that hit me, I didn’t get knocked down completely!! That car accident didn’t total my vehicle (my body) the mechanic (God) repaired me, Amen! Isaiah 54:17
