Discernment of niceness in church ⛪️ yes there are some people in the church who are genuinely nice and actually mean well, but for some niceness is a act, manipulation etc discernment is important, be a bit cautious if a person is overly or obsessively nice, and even just obsessive over u, sometimes this can be a way to get in closer to control/abuse you not just sexually, but even spiritually, again not all church people are harmful, but some are, discernment is always key! Niceness also should never be used to bribe or manipulate someone into doing something, for example: if someone is nice to you just to make serve on a auxiliary, give/donate, change yourself etc be leery! Nice should still not over ride boundaries, someone’s kind ways doesn’t mean you owe them anything in return!
