After my rape, when I told my family I was pregnant (though I wasn’t really pregnant, pregnant was my code word). But they underestimated my strength and ability to be able to handle a baby, but funny reality was I was strong and courageous enough to handle what was actually upon me, my rape! That was proven through me attempting to prepare and get to a safe place, this wasn’t my own strength or ability, it was supernatural strength from God. Even in the midst of adversity, He is still faithful wow! The Devil couldn’t truly take my power. 2 Corinthians 12:9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.
